Personalized Support for Emotional Well-Being
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist of nearly 20 years based in Frisco, Texas, I’ve supported individuals and families through a wide range of life circumstances. Many clients come to me during major life transitions—teens navigating identity, parents facing challenges, couples working through relationship issues, or individuals processing trauma. Together we explore with compassion how they’ve arrived at this point, clarify the life they want to build, and create a personalized treatment plan to help get there.
Using humor, coaching, and evidence-based, skills-focused therapy, I take a proactive, supportive approach while making each client the center of their treatment. I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, as well as couples counseling and family therapy. I have a passion for helping parents of children with disabilities navigate 504 and IEP challenges while building positive parenting skills. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress related to life transitions. Through a mix of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, we set realistic goals and build the tools to break negative patterns and strengthen relationships.
Reaching out for an appointment and making it to the first session is often the hardest step—I promise. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and they’re deeply connected. Being brave is the first step toward a life filled with joy, contentment, and control. You deserve it.
