In our consulting sessions, I offer comprehensive training designed to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and respond to the evolving challenges of mental health within our communities. This includes strategies for recognizing signs of mental distress, implementing effective communication techniques, and developing supportive policies that promote mental well-being.

In my work with school districts, I help train their mental health staff on current mental health trends, the most effective treatment modalities, and referral resources to support students and their families.

3C has worked extensively with sports clubs to train coaches on mental health trends, best practices, peak performance tools, and policies to implement for mental health breaks or "injuries."

3C also enjoys partnering with companies to educate managers, partners, and stakeholders on mental health trends and strategies to support employees who may be suffering from mental health issues. I work with human resource departments to review current policies and practices, developing culturally relevant and evidence-based techniques to best address employee mental health support plans.
